Chayabithi Banerjee (born:24th December) is the second daughter-in-law of the family. A fair, tall and handsome woman, she loves to chat. She has two children, Kaustav and Kaushani. She is married to Parthanath Banerjee.

Banerjee family had once been a rich zamindari family in Bengal, but with the parition of it, the members had to flee to India. The family was then headed by Shiv Das Banerjee. The landed up in Salkia, Howrah, (where the now live) where they received a plot of land to build their home. After the death of Shivdas Banerjee, Kalipada Banerjee and his wife Jyotirmoyee Banerjee came to power. They had 5 sons and 2 daughters and peace reigned the house. After their death, the next heir was Kashinath Banerjee, the brother of Kalipada Banerjee, and thus he was now the head of the family. He began to rule along with his wife Sujata Banerjee and continues to do so till this day. Thus continues the wonerful legacy of the family. A wonderful image of a perfect joint family.

All Alone in the path to glory…
Thorns and frowns…
Are the only sights visible to me..!!..
No light..no Possiblity…
But I wont give up…
For faith is still breathing in me…!!..
Let everything Be in my way…
Be it Curves…or be it slopes…
For the surrender is a word..
Which blows away my scopes…
But Hope is my way…
Pondering through the ends…

At The End Of The Day.. [Poem]
The leaves are brown,
The sky is blue..!!..
What's left in my city,
Until this sorrow is through??
I packed my bags,
On a destination : unknown...
Don't know what's in store for me...
Though, my worries are blown..!!..
An enigma that's driving me crazy,
A dilemma alongwith it...
Am i destined to be hurt??
Or is it just a disguised wit..!!..
Missing pieces of my life's puzzle,
Making my life go Topsy-Turvy...
Seasons come and Seasons go...
Filling my flesh with lethargy..!!..
Serenity and joy are on their vanishing trail,
But, searching them in the aim of the game...
and, now amon my way, at the end of the day,
Still finding the path leading to the aim...!!..

A CRIME COMMITTED ONCE......
Reality, would hit me…
Was a strong guess of mine.
But this hard will it be,
Was too tough for me to imagine…
Thinking of you,
Would bring a smile on the face,
But you left me,
BY leaving not a single trace.
Time fleeted like light,
Which no man here…
Would have ever,
Caugh the sight..!!..
Sitting lonely,
Staring at the walls…
They seemed to be crashing in…
Making me realize my faults…
Fell…yes I fell,
The way, no one had ever…

Through the night on the sand,
As the day dawns, the guns are heard,
The Indo-Pak war,
Begins again.
Life is so beautiful,
Why do we destroy it?
Death and blood everywhere;
Why do we need it?
When shall we understand?
This is not a game.
Because of the war,
We have to bow our heads in shame.

From Nanga Parvat to Sind;
We have it all in a row.
Then why of our anger,

Through the hallowed portals I go,
A place where life is just a show.
A pure place,
Clad in angel Gabriel’s grace.
Sat on a grand old bed,
“Son, you are dead.” He said.
I sat there in vain,
And the angels thought I was insane.
Life wasn’t very long,
And I sang just one song.
I visited the temple’s shrine;
O Lord, You are just so divine

Peace for them we do send,
But Alas! Life’s already met the end.
Tear, bloodshed every season,
O Lord, please let us know the correct reason.
Corruption, all and everywhere,
Please, O Please, let us spare.
By your hands we are mercilessly killed;
The river of blood is thus, happily filled.
Although through your hands, to our doom we are sent,
It is upon the rest, for ours to defend.
Strike-You call it bandh,
